Training/Development Rebates

At OCB, we assist companies in the reclamation of their CITB grant claim. We will ensure that each company can claim back the optimum amount that they are entitled to for the amount of training and development they intend to do for the following year. We will help set up the correct recording procedures for all your training records to further maximise your returns.

This service is suitable for all sizes of Companies please do not feel that your Company or partnership is too small or does not undertake enough formal training to warrant a Training Plan. We hope you will be pleasantly surprised on the range of training you are eligible to claim.

Comprehensive Training Plans

Comprehensive training plans are an integral part of the reclamation of Grants. Training and Development Plans are designed to encourage employers to develop and implement a structured approach to training and development by evaluating all the activities undertaken. It is also very helpful in the formation of a grant claim as it allows planning for the forthcoming year.

Companies may also find themselves eligible for Government or local area initiatives by signing up to development /training plans. Even if your Company is not registered with the CITB or is not in the Construction industry, a training plan can assist a Company to forecast a realistic budget for the trading year and ensure they are adequately covered for key safety personnel.

Training Plans also send the right message to the staff and workforce, that a Company values their service this in many cases has assisted in retention of personnel.
