| Aims of Training |
Delegates will receive training in a range of First Aid subjects including:
- Aims and principles of first aid
- Basic life support skills
- Bleeding
- Burns and scalds
- Unconsciousness
- First aid boxes and their contents

| Resource Required |
Client to provide:
- Training room to comfortably accommodate all the delegates with 240V power supply
Trainer to provide:
- Training Equipment (course notes and presentation pack)

| Clothing |
There is a large practical element in the course and the Trainees are advised to wear casual clothes as there is a requirement to sit/kneel on the floor for some of the practical excercises. |
